The U.S. Federal Reserve stopped Quantitative Easing in 2013.  Since, the Dollar has strengthened significantly.  In 2013, it was 100 Yen per Dollar at the time of my first visit.  By 2015, things had shifted to 120 Yen per Dollar, a 20% off sale.  Time to return!!!
